Yeah I've been a little secluded recently, and I'll post some details about whats been going on later, for now here is the Connecticon budget info:

Still up. Cant sleep.

Gig went well. We filled up the cafe, band even made 35 bucks in tips.

We had some sound trouble at first but managed to get it hammered out. The band sounded better than i thought they would. Just goes to show how much regular practice can help i guess.

All told the first part of the night went well. I provided transport and helped set up ect. The girl who showed up and took pictures got more thanks than I did (read any), but i suppose Roadie is a thankless job.

Would have been almost perfect save ex-girlfriend getting pissy and taking a couple of shots at me. I can handle randomly being called an asshole for no reason but now she's starting to bitch about our break up. It's been a little over a year now and i thought we had moved past it but apperently it's still an issue with her.

Still all turned out well I Guess.

For anybody who is interested, Ethan's band is having a gig at the One way cafe in Spencerport. I'm only the roadie but would still appreciate it if anybody could attend.

Simple directions From MCC:
1. Get onto 390 north.
2. Exit onto 490 west.
3. Get into left hand lane and follow to get onto 451.
4. Get off at Spencerport Exit (Puts you on Union St)
5. Take a right from the exit.
6. Continue through Spencerport and over the canal.
7. One way Cafe is in the bear feet plaza on your left next to pineway ponds park.

Yeah... this sucks, if i cant find a job within the next couple of days I'm gonna have to cancel my connecticon trip.

A happy LJ post!  Things are actually going well for a change. For a while I was all bitchey and whiny and stuff, so I haven’t posted in months, but now I’m back on the horse, high on the saddle, up on the trail, and at least one other cowboy themed metaphor.

The new job is nice. Mind numbingly boring but nice. For those of  you who don’t know I’m currently working at the Sears parts and service center in Henrietta. I work in the call center so I get to deal with all sorts of angry people, and I file large amounts of paperwork. As previously stated not hard work but extremely dull. I’ll  be working from 10 - 4 during the summer so if anybody wants to chill just give me a call.

I'll post up some more news tomorrow.

About the whole Redneck and Pins thing, I'd appreciate it if y'all kept yer mouths shut about it. Less either you were there or your a party immediately involved (ie: Me, Shiroh, Red, Or Pins). If you wanna talk to me about it then drop me a line otherwise i really don't want to hear it. Other people blabbin just causes more drama and more hard feelings. I think we have enough of that as it is.

Hey guys this is a little notice for those who didn't get invites to my little Christmas get together.It will be at my house (227 Stonypoint Rd Rochester NY 14624) This coming Friday. Everybody is invited and I hope we can make it a nice time. Just show up round 5 bring cookies or a snack and your favorite holiday movie. Any video games you wanna haul along would be great too.(I have a Gamecube with 3 controllers)Hope to see some of y'all.
